It all started on a Tuesday, today in fact (yesterday? er...whatever.) when I decided to see if something could be done about my poor lappy's power cord. See, it's a bit worn and only works when I position it. Just. Right. This started up almost after I came back to Philly last Fri (Um, yeah, I'm back. lolz.) It should be covered by my Apple Care thingy so I went off to google an apple store near my way. Now, at first I thought my google-fu and apple-fu had failed me. Naw...
There's just no main Apple Store within Central Philadelphia. NONE. In Philly, one of the most heavily populated cities in the US. NO FOOLIN'.
Isn't that special? Fortunately, there are Apple Stores around Philly. I figured the one at the King of Prussia Mall would be easier than going to than the other ones since it seems that Pittsburg actually has TWO within the its city limits (unless some Pittsburg-ians tell me otherwise.)
Let it be known that I hate going back and forth on the C bus. And I only use the word hate when I need to. HATE.
So there I am, wearing my bookbag (as to keep my lappy safe) on a bus that I hate. Nobody and nothing much bothered me; perhaps they could sense the hatred I had for the whole situation. Gee, I don't know; maybe a part my hatred stemmed from the fact that a certain bus company(SEPTA), in all their wisdumb, got rid of transfer passes so that people would buy wasteful pieces of plastic cards(the 'TransPass') for $100something a month! It's brilliant, stupid, and evil at the same time! I just LOVE capitalism!!!(Seriously, there's GOT to be a SEPTA!rants comm or even a PhillyRants comm around here somewhere. Though enough people complain, and rightfully so, about the crap that goes on around here in person, so maybe not)
That bookbag got heavier and heavier and I'm walking around the mall, looking like some lost tourist though I've been there longer than many of the rich folk I saw. And my hair is a mess. DD:
Yeah, so they had no more room for walk-ins.
Yeah, so I shouldn't assumed they would.
Yeah, I wanted to hurt some thing very, very badly.
Today was just a whole bunch of fail! but there were a few bits of win! :
* I SAW MY HIGH SCHOOL BEST FRIEND, CHER-BEAR~~ CHERITH! I'VE MISSED YOU! LETS DO STUFFS!
* HO SNAP. GUESS WHO HAS PHOENIX WRIGHT NOW? :DD
* It's nice to get out once in a while, am i rite? :)
