All kidding aside (for now), how was everyone's New Years? Mine was lil' brother filled. Argh. I can not escape.

As for what's been going on with me, I've been kinda productive when it comes to my writing. Now all I need is a kick in the ass! :D

I'm really sorry to hear about your Aunt Helen. Were you very close to her? She looks like a really pleasant person from her photo, really cheerful. A good lifespan though, she must have witnessed and experienced so many fantasic and interesting things during her life. Do you have a very closeknit family?

No, not that close but she was a very strong and dependable woman. I admired her intelligence and kindness. My family is a matriarchy, basically. Her death came as a surprise for us.

At least she passed on in peace.
